Hand-woven silk cotton fabric.
The fine details are sweet, but the subdued colors, the understated sheen of the silk, and the multi-colored, uneven width stripe pattern give it a mature look.
A-line, loose-fitting tunic.

The bow tie can be tied lightly or left hanging; tying it into a ribbon makes it even sweeter.
The back collar is a little high.
