It is lined.The dress is a size XL and is perfect for those who love to wear vintage clothing.The sequins are gold with silver beading. Closes with a zipper in the back.The bottom part has longer beads that are multicolored making the dress sparkle all over. My pictures doesn't capture how stunning this dress is.
