A helpful seller sent me photos of this exact dress attributed to Ceil Chapman with exact stitching, so I am confident in attributing this as one of her designs.
Multicolored floral sheath ruched up one side. edge of shoulder , wide scoop neck.Back closure with metal zipper. Gorgeous dress. Very Audrey Hepburn style. There are no size tags or material tags.
