This is a Tripp NYC skirt that I purchased at Trash and Vaudeville in the early 2000s. I wore and washed this a few times. It is in excellent condition with only some light fading from washing and drying. All the zippers and straps work great. The D rings, grommets and zippers are black, unlike the newer Tripp stuff that is mostly silver.
This skirt is a size XS with a 30" waist. The fabric has a slight stretch to it so it could probably fit a size 32" waist, or an even bigger waist, unbuttoned, with a belt. It also has cinchers on each side to make the waist smaller. The length is 39.5". The bottom width is approximately 29.25" wide with the back zipper zipped. When the back zipper is unzipped, the bottom width is 38". This skirt can also have a slimmer 23" bottom width with the side zippers zipped.
