vintage mod style small accent / desk Lamp

Cute little mod desk or accent lamp. It used to be a tap light. The tap mechanism wasn't working so I disconnected it so the light would work. It works when plugged into a hot wall outlet. Sending with a new tap mechanism so you can change and use as a tap light if you want. I just never got around to changing it. The bottom plastic cover snaps off easily. Metal base and shade. The sticker on the base has a date of 06/98. White finish with gold ball trim and finial. The finish is in very good condition. There are a few very small light surface scratches to the very bottom. It measures 12 1/2" tall to the top of the finial. The dome shade is 7 5/8" across. The bottom is 5" across. It takes a max 40 watt type B bulb. Night light bulbs work to use as a night light.
