Delighted to be offering this wonderful pair of true 1930-40s men’s over high waisted gabardine slacks.
The fabric I believe is fine wale gabardine, beige color, extra high waist, belt loops, two side waist slit hip pockets, two pockets in the back, small coin or watchpocket in the waistband, metal zipper, and button closure, wide stove pipe wide legs, cuffed hemline. Found a Name (Murry) hand written on inside pocket. I held this fabric up to the light, and you can see the light through it (Last image), these are in relatively good condition considering their age, I did find some soiling a few spots/soiling, no holes or tears. They need a trip to the dry cleaners after that they should be ready to wear. Please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit –
