sold as is, not even sure if the base is correct, you can hear her making her movements in her mouth, it's not working vulture, lights up intermittently, her left hand lights up, looks like it probably had a crystal ball under it, could easily put something underneath it, sold as is, does not come with adapter, looks like it runs off a 4.5 volt but really not doing anything much besides vulture intermittently lighting up its eyes, vulture does fall off easily, is about 50 inches tall by 18 inch by 18 in
