Reigart Supply Company of New York for its line of pyrography blanks and supplies in the early 20th century These types of novelty items, popular as folk art, were typically created via the process of pyrography (wood burning) & often produced by companies such as the Flemish Art Company in the early 20th century, circa 1900-1940 unsure of maker but it has initials in the top corner as shown.
