Vintage 1980s, Diamond's Run dress, size 9/10 but the fit is a size xsmall/small (measurements below). I am a size 2, fits perfect and snug. Strapless with blue and white polka dot print, ruffle layers. The condition is in great condition, no signs of wear or flaws.

Waist: 27 in.
