Serve major 80s drama in this vintage black crushed velvet evening gown. This is a true "Project Piece" being sold AS-IS for costume use, cosplay, or gothic aesthetics.
The Vibe: Think Morticia Addams meets 1980s Prom. The dress features a stunning off-the-shoulder portrait collar (ruffle), a fitted hourglass shape, and a high center back slit. The crushed velvet catches the light beautifully.
AS IS / DISTRESSED: This item has flaws and is priced accordingly!
Discoloration: There are numerous reddish/pink spots scattered over the dress (bust, skirt, side). These appear to be bleach marks or dye oxidation where the black has faded to red.
The top hook-and-eye on the back collar is loose and needs resewing.
Perfect for Halloween (Witch, Vampire, Bride of Frankenstein), theater productions, or a grunge/goth look where "perfect" is boring.
