~Each clicker requires (2) AAA Batteries which are included. We removed the tab that keeps batteries fresh on two to make sure they were working. We did not check all 35. Except for those 2, all others have a battery tab intact as well as a protective clear cover still attached.
~The clickers have "scuff" marks from the pouches in which they are stored.
~We cannot offer technical support on any of our products. We tested as much as we can without compromising it's "NEW status.
~All units are sold without manufacture warranty information.
