This laptop is in excellent used condition. BIOS was locked by buyer. They returned the laptop for a refund saying they didn't want one they had to update/upgrade. Keyboard and screen have been well taken care of. All components and hardware are in working order: The webcam, the keyboard and built in mouse, speakers, screen, battery, drives and more. Has a slot for sim card inside battery compartment. Has an SD slot for memory. Wifi capable. Intel processor. I did factory reset it successfully. It comes with Windows 7 Home Premium Edition. It has a removable compartment that houses the BIOS battery and is one of the only laptops I've had that is intended to be user upgraded to suit their specs. I would rather not perform the BIOS reset myself but thats all it needs to fully functional. It was factory reset and ready to be customized. Thanks for looking
