Writing on the front cover, a tear of a few centimeters near the top opening, and a tear of about 2/3 of the bottom. Slight peeling on the back. Slight stains on the back.
The tear at the bottom is quite large, but I think it's in good condition for an item of this age.

Writing on the center labels on both sides.
There are some visible scratches, but they are minor. Side A is quite clean, and Side B has more fine scratches. There was some noise on B-3 and B-4, but it's not at a level that would interfere with listening.
Otherwise, I think it's in good condition.
I listened to both sides before listing, but the inspection was done at a level suitable for casual listening indoors, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned.
