This is a heavy duty sterling silver brooch, this piece weighs in at 16 grams. There is a swirl design, quite intricate, marked 925. This does look like a vintage piece based on the fittings. The hinge on it looks a little older, with a flat back. The middle stone has a line in it, but I can't tell if it's a crack or part of the stone. The stones are open back.
