Great Pre-owned Condition - No chips cracks or breaks. The power cord that runs the lights on the building is included and works. It also has a light bulb holder on the cord to illuminate the inside. This light bulb holder does not appear to be working so I am including a new light cord that can be used. It may be able to be fixed so that you only have to use the one cord but I do not mess with electric and it works fine with the two cords. Box has some wear. See pictures.
