- Taiwanese Bee Shrimp require stable and specific water conditions. They thrive in slightly acidic to neutral water with a pH range of 6.2 to 7.5. The water temperature should be maintained between 68°F and 78°F (20°C to 25°C). They are sensitive to changes in water parameters, so regular monitoring is essential.
- A well-planted aquarium with a good filter is ideal. Taiwanese Bee Shrimp appreciate a tank with plenty of hiding spots and surfaces like driftwood and rocks, which help them feel secure and provide surfaces for biofilm growth, which they graze on.
