Vintage cannetile work solid 18k ring with enamel scarab and Egyptian hallmarks. Size is very adjustable from about 7.5 to 9 maybe higher. The cannetile is not common which makes me think this is older than it is, however the adjustable back is throwing me off of pinning down an age range
