I have carefully stored the item in a sleeve after opening it. *It has been stored in a dark place at home and has never been removed from the sleeve.*

From a layman's perspective, it is in beautiful condition with no scratches, dents, holo defects, or white spots.
I am not an expert, so I cannot identify any initial minor scratches.
There is a slight warp typical of Pokemon cards.
It is a valley warp. The warp can be repaired, so please handle it at your own risk after purchase. (Pokemon cards warp even when sleeved)
