Rust-Oleum® Specialty Fluorescent Spray Paint is Ideal for stenciling, marking, color coding and where ever high visibility is desired. For Best Results

• Undercoat with flat white paint to maximize neon effect.

Recommended Primer

• No primer recommended, however using white as a background makes fluorescent appear more brilliant.
  

Surface Preparation

• Remove all dirt, grease, or other contaminants by washing the surface with detergent or other suitable cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry.

• Scrape and wire brush or power tool clean to remove loose rust, scale, and deteriorated coatings. Scarify previously painted coatings or smooth surfaces to promote adhesion. Test for compatibility with existing coating.
  

Application

• Apply only when air and surface temperatures are above 50°F (10°C) to ensure proper drying.
• Use in properly ventilated area. Spraying can produce a fog that will travel. Protect surrounding area, clothing and skin from overspray.
  
• Do not use near open flame.
  

Cleanup

• When finished spraying, clear spray valve by turning can upside down and pushing spray button for 5 seconds. If valve clogs, twist and pull off spray tip and rinse it in a solvent such as mineral spirits. Do not stick a pin or other object into the stem. Throw away empty can in trash pickup. Do not burn or place in home trash compactor.
