Signed in Russian (Translated to JULIA) 1996 - Just under five inches with stand. Stand seems bit curved on bottom so it's lightly wobbly-
Good used condition with light marks and paint chips from age, display, and storage.
Really pretty piece, the red and orange are vibrant. Has Purple and Blue flowers / roses as well as what looks to be peacock feathers in gold on the back
