She is wearing turn of the century clothing, complete with straw bag and hat. It is signed on the base 'Aug Moreau.' It also has a founder stamp on the base reading 'Fabrication Francais- Paris." It includes a front placard which reads 'Pêcheur par Aug. Moreau (Méd d'Or).' Auguste Moreau lived from 1834-1917 in France. His works are highly sought after, as the details are exquisite.
