Looking like a woman on the rise in this vintage 1980s Black Gingham and Red Trim Ms Chaus Dress!! Two words....power dress. This thing commands a room as you get ready to bust through that glass ceiling in the office.
This dress has a small black gingham pattern with red trim around the collar and cuffs. It has big gold and faux pearl non functional buttons on each cuffs. I love the cut of this, the dress tapers in at the waist, back out at the hips, and then tapers back in for such a killer silhouette. It is a zip up back that could be easily removed.
The tag on this dress size 4 and I think Small is the best size for this. The fabric does not have much give.
This is a vintage item that shows minor signs of years of love.
