This is a very bold, designer abalone, statement ring made by Dominique Dinouart from QVC! It is stamped with DD and 0.925.
The abalone is set in sterling silver, 0.925, and the ring is a size 6 on a mandrel. However, it fits more like a 5-5 1/2. The design of the ring prevents it from slipping side to side should the ring be too large for you. The abalone measures approximately 38 x 14 mm long. The total design is approximately 51 x 22 mm long. If you like statement rings, this is one for you!
