Core drill with Weldon shaft 19 mm (3/4 inch), Projahn core drill bits in HSS steel and HSS co-steel quality are manufactured with a cutting depth of 30, 35 and 55 mm. The core drill is produced in full grinding technology, giving it a perfect surface finish with optimal spa flow. The Projahn core drills are used on mobile magnetic core drills or even on stationary pillar drills. High cost and time savings because the core drill only drills out one ring and not the whole drill diameter. The time savings can be up to a factor of 10, also because elaborate preparatory work such as pre-centring and pre-drilling and drilling are eliminated. Due to the low material stress, there is a longer service life of the core drill compared to solid drills. Der Fuehrungsstft ist federnd gelagert und wurft den Bohrkern aus. Always use coolant and optimal speed. Use: for unalloyed steel up to 700 N/mm², alloy steel up to 1000 N/mm2 and aluminium alloys. Packaging: Quadro pack without hanger
