This replacement stem is for the "Original Style" 300 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with left hand and right hand packing and is pre-tapped (threaded)for the handle screw.

- Left and right hand graphite packing and packing washer are included
- Pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw
- Made in Kansas city, Missouri
