Porcelain bisque figurine features a little girl sitting reading the bible while leaning against a wall with a column that is embellished with vines and lots of pretty flowers.
She has the Classic Precious Moments teardrop eyes, hand painted in soft pastel colors and is a high quality porcelain bisque., First offered in 2000 and is now retired.
There is a crevice in the side of the wall that stores a bible. Included is the original bible this came with - a white New Testament Bible King James Version bible that has over 428 pages.
This was a Special Issue by Precious Moments and has the 2000 cracked egg symbol on the bottom. The production mark: cracked egg represents A New Beginning, the Start of something Wonderful.
Approx. measurements of the figure is 6" tall x 6 1/2" wide x 5" deep. Opening for Bible is 1". The bible measures 4 3/8" tall x 2 3/4" wide and 1/2" deep.
There are no cracks, chips or repairs on this piece.
