Each doll has a muscle beanie in one arm and a bone beanie in the other. The sleeves have velcro to expose the area and remove the beanies.
One doll has just the open area in the chest, which is exposed by undoing the velcro at the top of the overalls. The other doll has the additional 8 organ beanies.
Each doll has a wheelchair. One wheelchair has a scuffed spot on the arm and is missing the black end cap on the wheelchair handle. Dolls and wheelchairs are in good overall condition.
