Masako Sato explains in an easy-to-understand and detailed manner how to make traditional preserved foods, fruit liqueurs, and sweets that she learned from her mother and mother-in-law.
Just looking at it makes you feel happy.
I think it's a very elegant and beautiful book.

● After purchase, I have stored them on the bookshelf for a long time, almost unused and unread. They are in a clean condition with no noticeable scratches, stains, or tears, but since My Preserved Food Notes was published in 1990, there are fine stains on the top of the book (see photos 12 and 13). The inside is very clean.
I would appreciate it if you could understand that these are items that have been stored at home for a long time.

● The price is a bit high, but both books are currently out of print, and they are rare books that are not available in this good condition, so I have set this price.
