This is new never worn but does not have tags. I purchased it in the middle east. it is super long and fully lined including the sleeves so it is not see-through. The back and front look the same. The measurement of the bust of the inner lining is 23 inches across (taken laying flat and unstretched). The caftan itself is 60 inches long measured with it laying flat. The tag says medium but it will fit multiple sizes
