Brand new I got them as a gift but they are 1 size bigger !! timberland boots run 1 size bigger than Nike or air max sneakers , me for example I wear size 12 in air max but 11 in timbs. so be careful before U buy these from me to check the timberland shoes size chart ! I only tried them on in the house , basically new !
