I give this one a "Conditional Very Fine Plus" because there's a small (what appears to be) ball point pen marking on the front cover, just to the right of "GHOST". I'm unclear how that affects the value, so I'm prepared to let the market decide. You decide how important it is to you. This is otherwise a BEAUTIFUL book. I'll ship this book boarded and bagged, as I do all my books, and with adequate protection for shipping. I consider REASONABLE OFFERS. Apologies to those of you who were considering purchasing at the previous price -- $95. I occasionally go back and review my grading and pricing. In this case, for whatever reason, the market is assigning this comic a much higher value than previously. I still have this book priced very attractively, compared to market pricing.
