This is from the 〈I.S.〉 line, designed by Chisato Tsumori for Issey Miyake.
A denim bucket hat with an impressive ethnic-style embroidery design.
At the time, dresses with the same embroidery were also available.

Although it is one size, it is basically a women's line, so the size may be small for men.
