Brand new never used, but has been opened.... Package was delivered to my to front door, with packaging dented in a little bit and tiny gouge on middle right hand side of the package. So I then opened the packaging to inspect everything else was still intact not moved around or actually damaging the actual UV free hair removal device or it's two interchangeable hits or power cord. There was also a tiny hole in the left corner of the back of the box also that still did not affect the product or it's attachments inside that damaged box. Other than opening to make sure that the package and its contents were not damaged. The model number is:# IPL960F. The contents that are included with the hair removal device are two optimal treatment heads one for face and one for body also a user manual and a power supply cord.
