These cars are brand new but please note that one of the cars has a removable canopy that was originally held down with rubber bands. Those bands have dry rotted and come loose, so the canopy is loose inside the package. I did not attempt to open the package and remove the old bands. The bands are also stuck on the side of the car, which can be hard to remove without damaging the paint. Each car is individually serial numbered out of 4000 total pieces.
