Even though it may look like in the pictures that the shoes are dirty and worn; however that is not the case. They are originally colored like that. The creases u may see at the heel flap is JUST from trying them on when they were first bought then stored up on a shelf for 3 years. It comes with 2 individual shoe dustbags, 1 large shopping tote, 2 care instruction manuals, thank you card, proof of purchase receipt, extra shoelaces, and most importantly the original box!!! There are not any other defects besides the tiny heel tab crease that could undo with steam. When first tried on, they didn't just feel comfortable but looked comfortable and stylish as well!
