As someone who deals in second-hand goods, this is a phrase I've never used before, but it's "perfect." There are no scratches that should be present for an item of this age, and the gloss is still intact, making it look like it could be displayed in a store as new without any sense of incongruity. There are no signs of damage or dirt. If I had to nitpick, perhaps there's a very slight indentation on the box case? But there's nothing to complain about with the inner cases, DVD discs, or booklets.
