The EVID C8.2LP from Electro-Voice is an 8”, 2-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker that delivers full-range, high-fidelity sound in a low-profile, attractive design. Rich, full-range sound comes courtesy of a waveguide-coupled, titanium-coated dome tweeter and second-order crossover network at 2.5 kHz, with a comprehensive protection circuit to protect the network, woofer, and tweeter drivers from excessive power levels. Additional features of the EVID C8.2LP include an integrated transformer for 70v, 100v, or 8-ohm use, front-panel mode/wattage selector, and a ported enclosure for extended bass response. Installation is safe and easy with the included tile bridge and mounting ring, and its seamless design integrates with any décor thanks to its white, semi-gloss, perforated grille. The EVID C8.2LP is ideal for ceiling spaces with tight clearance, and requires no additional accessories.
