The CRA89 (RA89) RF amplifier, in a connectorized version, is a hybrid design that employs thin film manufacturing for consistent performance and high reliability. This two-stage bipolar transistor feedback amplifier delivers impressive performance across a broad frequency range. An active DC biasing network ensures temperature-stable performance. Both TO-8B and Surface Mount packages are hermetically sealed, and MIL-STD-883 environmental screening is available.
