Grey and pale pink floral design but I always thought it was leopard print to be honest! Leather strap has seen better days but you could cut it off as the longer (adjustable) strap is in very good condition. Good size pocket to front. Very large inside compartment. At rear you can see there is a fold out changing pad. This is detachable (Velcro) for washing. Two mesh pockets for packet of wipes and nappies so everything is easily accessible with one hand. Foil lined bottle pouch, never used. Also, two spare leather straps, never used.
