The bottoms of the boots have been scuffed.

Size inside Shoe says 27 1/2. ( think that’s Mexico size chart) my Son wears an 11 boot. He was able to slip on but were tight. I measured with a tape measure the boot measure to 11” L x 4” W previous owner wore a 10-11 -depending on the cut of the shoes. I’m going to safely say these boots are a size 27 1/2. Please know your US sizes. I had my son in law try them on. He said they fit like a glove with plenty of wiggle room. he’s a size 11.
