This blue nintendo 2DS has a few issues, but it still powers on and its volume seems to work fine. The screen is completely unusable and needs to be replaced, so I'm unsure if it reads games or not. Needs side housing and back battery cover, but they're not super expensive. Also has some discoloration on part of the shell and the joystick has some cosmetic damage, but still works. Comes with battery
