This is a Mattel Barbie as Cinderella Collector Edition doll, model #16900.
It is part of the Children's Collector Series and was released in 1996.
The doll is dressed in a starlight blue gown with a shimmering golden bodice, capturing the look from the classic fairy tale.

Item is NEW in box, NEVER removed from box. Box is in Near MINT condition. Cinderellas shoes appears to have come loose from the rubber band that held it due to age but is present as shown in photos. This Collector box has an amazing hard plastic gold top with Barbie Collectibles in writing.
