Antique Longchamps NY Restaurant Sugar Bowl by Reed & Barton Silverplate.
It most resembles a sugar bowl to me, but I'm guessing it could have served any number of functions.
Condition: Very good condition with some light surface wear (mostly to the interior of the bowl). Please see photos for details.
Age: Circa early to mid 20th c.
Markings: Clearly signed.
