I lack specialized knowledge, so I'm unsure if it's usable. Please refer to the images.
The pen nib is engraved with "BESTPOINT POWER," and the body has engravings for "Bestar" and "FOUINTAIN PFN."
I performed a simple cleaning, but it's an old item, so there is deterioration over time, signs of use, dirt, paint peeling in places, scratches, ink depletion, ink stains, name engraving, the ring on the cap is loose, and there are distortions, chips, and cracks in the ink connection area.
Since the ink is depleted, I haven't been able to confirm its functionality through test writing.
Accessories other than the fountain pen, such as the box, ink, and instruction manual, are missing.
